Due to the majoritism of the Sinhala speaking people, they felt superior and they doesn't care about tamil speaking people. Most of the seats in universities are given to the Sinhala speaking people. They don't let tamilians to rule the nation. Tamilians also demanded about this but the Sinhala speaking people doesn't cared about this. So this cause war called civil war. Means the influence between two opposing nations appears as war
