Human capital is the most important factor of production because it puts together land, labour, and physical Capital and produces an output either to use for self-consumption or to sell in the market. It includes the skilled and unskilled workforce of a nation.

I hope this helps you.

I would say the most important factor is knowing what you want the production to achieve. That may sound a little obvious, but many people like video, many people want to do a video, and many people even now with their phone can access the tools to make a video… but why make a video or “do a production?”

I am not even saying it has to be a good reason - no judgement here. I’m simply saying that to achieve what you want with a video production you have to know what the goal is. For the professional… entertainment, training, teaching, exposing, supporting, exploring, sharing an idea, a message, a cause?

Productions usually fail to achieve their intent because of planning… and possibly money.

So having a clear focus and goal for what you are trying to achieve is the most important factor.

Camera, sound, lights, editing, script are all important, but without a clear idea the project is doomed to fail.
