Factors that have to be mentioned while describing motion of an object are as follows:

  • The reference frame w.r.t which motion is taking place have to be kept in mind. For example ; according to a person on the ground a moving train is in motion , but according to a passenger on that same train , the moving train is stationary. Hence , pointing out the reference frame is very important.

  • The direction of motion must be mentioned with respect to the 3D co-ordinate axes.

  • The Velocity and acceleration of the object must also be described with both magnitude as well as directions with respect to the 3D co-ordinate axes.

Hope It Helps.

Important factors of motion are force, friction, inertia and momentum

Explanation:

  • Force defines about push and pull of an object .
  • Friction defines about the force acts in a opposite direction to the object motion.
  • Inertia defines about the body is in a motion then it remain in motion with same speed until a force acts on it.
  • Momentum defines about the  product of mass and velocity of an object. It is vector quantity.
