Clergy and nobility had many birth right they don't use to pay taxes. All the taxes were paid by the 3rd estate people and they were discriminated too as they even did not had right to vote

1) In many European countries fuedal system based on previlleges was there. Three estates were there, clergy, nobility and, of course common people.

2) Firstly, Birth previlleges were only given to nobility and clergy.

3) Nobility and clergy do not pay taxes and revenue to king. So, all burden was on third estate, especially peasants.

4) Nobility and clergy used to keep common people and peasants as workers in their field or home with bad conditions of working.

5) No uniform laws were there. Common people don't had right to property.

6) Thus, we can say that clergy and nobility state discriminate with third estate.
