When the current flows in our body the electron flow in a wave motion of speed upto 150 km / sec of frequency 50 Hz, thus disturbing the whole electrical impulse system in out nerves and increases the frequency of the motion of our blood and our heart beat as well. Our heart can vibrate only upto 1.17 times per second so it can't sustain so much of the vibration and energy as the frequency is higher so the energy is higher. And it may cause to death and result in an heart fail . So we should avoid touching live wire cause so much of electron flow in our body can be fatal. Thus , when an Alternating current flows in our body the electrons upto 6.25×10¹⁸  flow in our body and it can be very dangerous.
I hope u got it!!
