BESIDES, BECAUSE OF LARGE POPULATIONS, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR THE PEOPLE TO FRAME LAWS FOR THEMSELVES. THUS, ELECTIONS ARE HELD IN EVERY DEMOCRATIC COUNTRY.
