When the pressure of the gas is above saturation pressure the amount of absorption becomes independent of the pressure of gas
x/m= k p⁰
x/m = constant
x/m= k p⁰
x/m = constant

Hey dear,
● Answer -
At high pressure, x/m = k .
● The Freundlich equation -
- It is an empirical relation between the concentration gas absorbed and adsorbent wrt pressure.
- Mathematically putting,
x/m = k.P^(1/R)
At high pressure, x/m is independent of pressure.
x/m = k
At low pressure, x/m is directly proportional to pressure.
x/m = k.P
Hope this helps you.
Thanks for asking..
