According to dalton's atomic theory, all matter, whether an elemelt,a compound or a mixture is composed of small particles called atoms. I want to tell you two main pastulates of this theory may be stated as follows:(i) atoms are indivisible particles, which cannot be created or destroyed in a chemical reaction.(v) atoms combile in the ratio of small whole numbers to form compounds.

Answer:

Dalton's atomic theory was the first complete attempt to describe all matter in terms of atoms and their properties. ... The first part of his theory states that all matter is made of atoms, which are indivisible. The second part of the theory says all atoms of a given element are identical in mass and properties
