✧When clock turns from 3 to 9 .

→Total numbers in a round = 12

→Covered numbers during travel = 6

→Fraction = covered numbers/total number

$= > \frac{6}{12}$

$= > \frac{1}{2}$

✧Next turn from 4 to 7

→Total numbers = 12

→Covered numbers = 3

→Fraction = covered numbers/ total number

$= > \frac{3}{12}$

$= > \frac{1}{4}$
