what function pores present on nuclear membrane perform?

HERE TO HELP,
nuclear membrane allows movement of molecules from nucleus to cytoplasm and vise versa and it saperates content of nucleoplasm from cytoplasm.

Answer: The nucleopores help in exchanging substances between the cytoplasm and the nucleoplasm , also the ribosomes produced go out through these pores.
