Answer:

As the tomato ripens, its colour starts to change from green to yellow and then eventually to red. This is due to the breakdown of chlorophyll, which in turn synthesises a red carotenoid (another pigment group), lycopene. When ripe, the carotenoid can easily be seen as the dominant colour of the tomato, ie red

The deep yellow colour of mango fruits is due to the presence of beta carotene a common phytochemical within a group of 600 known carotenoids. Similarly the red colour development in apples and purple colour development in grapes are due to the formation of anthocyanin pigments in their skin.

Hey! MarinetteCoufaine24 !!!

Here is your answer friend....( ;

* The green colour is present in spinach, Because Spinach is green due to chlorophyll pigment present in the chloroplast of the leaf tissue....

* Ripe tomatoes turn red, Because As the tomato ripens, its colour starts to change from green to yellow and then eventually to red. This is due to the breakdown of chlorophyll, which in turn synthesises a red carotenoid (another pigment group), lycopene. When ripe, the carotenoid can easily be seen as the dominant colour of the tomato, ie red.

* Mango fruit is in yellow colour, Because when it will grow up it is having green color. But when it will completed it’s growing process then it will turned to yellow color. At that time Some enzyme are help to change the color. When the mango color turned to yellow color that time it is very sweet. So there are so many kinds of mangoes are there in our world.
