It’s a tricky question but if we ponder over it for a moment the only answer that comes to my mind is the SUN.
The Sun is seen rising in the morning and then going down in the evening.
Thus for us it appears to go up and then go down.
Yet according to science, the Sun does not move. It is the earth that revolves around the sun and thus it appears s if the sun is moving.

But the sun does move. Sun is not stationary. The whole solar system revolves and so, the sun moves too because it is part of the solar system.
