There are two set of groups which are willing to work or begin working but are still unemployed due to the various reasons which can be personal or professional. Such group is divided into two which are the first group of people about to explore the labour market for the first time but, not able to find employment. The other group consists of experienced who are exploring labour market but not been able to find a job. Such people have experienced and are often out of labour force due to undefined specific reasons. Experienced unemployed people are not included in the unemployment insurance compensation.
