what group should I select to become an architect after my 10th grade ?
After finishing my twelfth with the mentioned group , is there any special exam to study for architecture after twelfth (like neet for MBBS?)

After 10+2 you have to enroll for B.Arch (5 years). You'll get a degree in Architecture. You must have 50%+ marks with maths as compulsory subject. Then you have to give an entrance exam - NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture)
