What happen as you push up the balloons

The balloons deflate and push out all the air it could, or get smaller. It decreases the size of balloons whereas when the balloon was pulled low, the diaphragm contracts and moves down and the chest cavity expands. It increases the space and less pressure induces inside the lungs.
