Solution of H2SO4 is electrolysed it produces gases at Cathode as well as anode. At Anode 4 →4 + 2H2O + O2. Gas on Cathode can be detected by taking a matchstick towards it. ... Same process happened in case of conc.H2SO4 but in this there is oxidation of sulphuric acid.
