if the earth stopped rotating the gravity will be disturbed but as the atmosphere would still be moving all the things and humans on earth would be up in the atmosphere rotating the earth and the part of the earth which would be facing the earth will be too hot and the part facing the moon will be too cool

If the earth stopped spinning /moving the atmosphere of the earth would still be in motion with the earths original 1100 mile per hour rotation speed at the equator. All of the land masses would be scoured clean of anything not attached to bedrock.
