what happen if earth stop rotating but continously revolve??

There will be no occurance of day and nights

But only seasons occur.
so, all the animals will die because the half part of the earth is night and half is sunny. No photosynthesis occur in the half. so,the half which gets sun will be heated continuously and remaining half becomes very cold.Therefore life is impossible on earth.....

If its stops rotating. And keep revolving.
It cannot be happen.
It can stop revolving and keep rotating.
Because if it stops rotating means the sun starts moving.
And if it stops revolving the gravity of sun will tends the Earth to get inside sun.

Just u think if it stops rotating then there is no sun because it have to rotate in presence of sun even sun eats the sun due to law of attraction.
