what happen if there is no platelets in the blood ?

When we get injured or get a cut, we have platelets in our blood which closes the wounds. If there will be no platelets in our blood, then our injury can get infected and can also work.

Platelets are responsible for clotting of blood. If there are no platelets, the blood would not clot in case of an injury. This will lead to excess blood loss and finally into death of the person.
