what happen if there was no writen construction in India

if their was no written constitution so any one could violate the rules and regulation of india and if they were get arrested so they could ask for written proof so that why it is necessary to have a written constitution.

If there is no written Constitution....... There would have been no legal proof of any action, any word spoken..... And it also protects individual
