What happen in any rxn when we use dil h2so4 in place of conc h2so4 is their any effect on that rxn why we use mno2 at 420 k for rxn of preparing o2 is temp is fixed or not how can we say that conc h2so4 is a powerful dehydrating agent how we explain this fact

The properties of dilute and concentrated H₂SO₄ are very different. Dil H₂SO₄ is used to acidify or to prevent hydrolysis
while conc H₂SO₄ is used as a dehydrating agent,

I do not know about the second question.

Conc H₂SO₄ is very good absorbent of water due to its high affinity. this is the reason t acts like a dehydrating agent
