evaporation decreases bcs it is a wet day so no heat will be there .
transpiration also decreases as it is a wet day so heat will be less....

On a rainy day when the it is over,the winds start blowing and due to winds the water present on land starts getting evaporated and form many clouds.
but the processes of evaporation and transpiration decrease due to no presence of heat
