what happen on a wet and a windy day on the rate of evaporation and the transpiration

evaporation decreases bcs it is a wet day so no heat will be there .
transpiration also decreases as it is a wet day so heat will be less....

On a rainy day when the it is over,the winds start blowing and due to winds the water present on land starts getting evaporated and form many clouds.
