What happen to the resitivity of semi conductors with increase of temperature

resistivity of semi conductors r directly proportional to temperaure which means if temp. increases then resistivity also increases and vice-versa....

Hole/electrons generated thermally could become larger than those from the impurity atoms. In this region, an extrinsic semiconductor will behave like an intrinsic semiconductor.
