Assuming g= 9.8m/s^2

m= 1kg

h=10m

u(initial velocity)=0

 {v}^{2}  =  {u}^{2}    + 2gh

 {v }^{2}  = 0 + 2 \times 9.8 \times 10

 {v}^{2}  = 196

v = 14 \frac{m}{s}

ke =  \frac{1}{2} m {v}^{2}

 =  \frac{1}{2}  \times 1 \times 196

ke = 98j
