⏩IT is because Acetone is called as low boiling liquids. When acetone is poured on palm it readily changes into vapours. For this it needs some energy which is taken from the palm (it absorbs temperature from body to change its state to vapours). Then the temperature gets lowered and we get a cooling sensation.

hello friend here is your answer:
When acetone is poured on the palm,it takes up the latent heat of vaporisation required to change from the liquid state to Vapour state from our hand.The hand loses heat and get cooled.
