H3BO3 → H2O + HBO2
HBO2 is also called Meta-boric Acid.
At 300 °C more water is split off
4 HBO2 → H2B4O7 + H2O
H2B4O7 is labeled Pyro-boric Acid.
When you go still higher in temp, like 750 to 800 ° C
even more water vapor is lost and it should decompose further into B2O3
B2O3 is boron trioxide or Di-boron trioxide.
But is hard to get this in a clean form.
In total you can write the reaction as: 2H3BO3 → B2O3 + 3H2O
