(a) CaOCl2+ 2HCl-------> CaCl2+ Cl2+ H2O
When HCl reacts with bleaching powder then all the chlorine in it is liberated.
(b) Zn+ 2HCl-----> ZnCl2+ H2
When zinc granules react with HCl then Zinc chloride andhydrogen gas is obtained.
