Glucose along with filtrate runs down through the long renal tube by the action of cilia.Glucose, amino acids, salts etc are absorbed by tubular cells and then secreted into the capillary blood cells by diffusion
hope this helped you

The glucose that enters the nephron along with the filtrate gets absorbed from the tubular part of glomerulus by the process of tubular reabsorption. After absorption glucose enters into the blood flow.
