It is expelled out through the urethra. But, a point to be noted is that skin and lungs, also have a role to play in excreting or eliminating waste substances from the body. The sweat glands in the skin help in the excretion of small amounts of water, salts, and urea.

When humans do not excrete, the waste is accumulated in the stomach.
