If there was no Golgi apparatus the cells and organs will not work properly. The proteins will float not knowing where to go? There will be no lysome so no autolysis and also Golgi apparatus produce various macromolecules like polysaccharide carbohydrate.polysaccharide will go be the proper shape and size

if Golgi is removed there will be no complex molecule formation

1. No transport of protein,

2. No lysosomes, that means cell will not be able to do programmed death          whenever required, which may increase the toxicity in that cell area.

The Golgi apparatus is considered to be the distribution and shipping center for the cell’s chemical products.

so if golgi bodies are removed there will be no distribution or transportation of certain chemical products like lipids, protiens etc
