what happen when nucleus is not present in cell?

Nucleus is fundamentally the regulator of the cell which means it regulates/directs all the actions in the cell. So when nucleus is not present in a cell, the cell will lose its control. The nucleus also contains the hereditary information about the cell and even regulates cell division so there would be no cell division too.
