HERE'S YOUR ANSWER
When are blood will be in solid form it would not be able to flow
And if it will not flow in our body then the heart will not get blood to clean it and pump in the body.
And without pumping of blood in body
results that it will not work.
And surely because our heart stops working

The liquid part, called plasma, is made of water, salts, and protein. Over half of your blood is plasma. The solid part of your blood contains red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. Red blood cells (RBC) deliver oxygen from your lungs to your tissues and organs.
