Answer:

Explanation:

In aqueous solution:

BaCl_{2} (aq) +Na_{2} SO_4(aq) --> 2 NaCl (aq) + BaSO_4 (s)

Barium sulfate is insoluble in water, so it will precipitate as a solid.

Sodium chloride will remain in solution.

all aqueous species will dissociate into ions and slolids will not dissociate...

Ba(2+) (aq) + 2Cl(-1) (aq) + 2Na(+1) (aq)+ SO_4(2- )

----->BaSO_4 (s) + 2Na(1+) (aq) + 2Cl(1-)

cancel common ions from both sides...

Ba(2+) (aq) + SO_4(2-) (aq) ------> BaSO_4 (s)

The Barium Sulphate is insoluble.
