Answer:

The charge becomes grounded. Means, it simply goes to the ground and becomes neutralised.

Explaination:

Why does this happens ?

Our earth is the ocean ocean of electrons. The negative charges are always in search of a positive charge ,as it gets attracted to it. On touching a disc , the negative charges flows through the body of a person to reach a positive. And it goes into ground.

Why it easily flows through human body?

Because of the fact that human body is a good conductor.

What is the scientific name of this phenomenon?

It's called earthing.

Interesting fact :

This earthing is somehow used to protect tall buildings through electric shocks. An arrangement is made as such that as electrode is place under ground level connecting the non-current carrying part of the system. The wire which has equipped in the system has a very low resistivity. The electrical charge flowing through these get's grounded and this is how earthing helps us by protecting from severe , deadly electric shocks.
