There is a lot of consequences faced by the all organisms when the sun will stops shining :-

All the plants depends on the sun for the photosynthesis, Now when plant will not get any light . Then they stops performing photosynthesis and eventually they will stop producing food and oxygen too.

As we all know food and oxygen are the basic requirement for the human being and as well as for some animals too. Oxygen is a vital element for life on earth , if plants stop producing enough oxygen and will not meets to the human or animals requirements, Then human as well as animals with also started to dying .

The weather condition will become worse day by day if the Sun stop shining the temperature of the earth atmosphere will simultaneously decreases and maybe reaches at the highest freezing point . So all organism will die because their survival adaptation is not ready for an instant change in the environment .

So in Short if sun stops shining then there will be no life existed on earth .
