Basically nothing. KMnO4 is insoluble in toluene. You can dissolve it with a phase transfer catalyst such as a quaternary ammonium salt which replaces the potassium with the organic soluble ammonium cation. You’d do this by dissolving the phase transfer catalyst in the toluene, the permanganate in water, and shaking the two immiscible liquids together. The color would move from the water to the toluene layers.

Don’t try dissolving it in ethylene glycol (antifreeze) or glycerol. In short order you have a fire. In fact this is used in emergency fire starter kits or for starting back fires. I’ve never tried it with alcohol, but I wouldn’t trust that either. I suspect you’d have a fire also.
