Everybody in the house missed Bruno. The author's wife, in particular was most upset. She wrote a letter to the zoo curator to enquire about Baba(Bruno). She got the reply that baba was restless and it refused food. It looked thin and sad. So the wife insisted on going to the zoo to see bruno. Bruno recognised her at once and howled with happiness. Both cried bitterly when they were parting again.
