After the "Incredible hulk" , Abomination got arrested by the SHIELD and was under the custody of General Ross. After that nobody knows what happened, but he came back in "Shang Chi and the Legend of ten rings" to fight Wong, but not as a villain. He was training with Wong. Maybe he is no longer a bad guy now. The later story of Abomination will hopefully be explained in the "She Hulk" series coming out next year :)
