the level of oxygen dissolving in blood decrease as a result person nose starting to bleed . at height the atmospheric pressure is low so oxygen cannot able to dissolve properly in blood and person causes nose bleeding. on Ground level the atmospheric pressure is Normal for oxygen to get dissolve in blood.
