At last...the statue of the Happy Prince was left with his iron body and started to rust. The swallow also felt sick and died. In the grief of his beloved friend, the Happy Prince also died/(his heart was no more) . The people in the country thought that this statue was useless and broke it but the hearts weren't damaged.Then One day God Gabriel asked his angels to bring the most precious things from earth. The angels searched and searched and finally took the heart of the swallow and the Prince. God Gabriel was pleased with his angels and the Happy Prince and the Swallow lived happily ever after.
