What happened to Tricki? How was he treated?

He was treated by Mr. Herriot who was the vetenary surgeon finally. He understood the problem of the dog was his overweight. He kept him away from food for two days and just gave him water to drink at a plenty amount. Tricky was taken to the ground to play with the other dogs.
