When anus , more correctly penis come in contact with the female vagina , the process is called coitus.

It is the time when the male secretes or ejaculates sperms into the female vagina. A single secretion has millions of sperms. These sperms travel up the vagina to the uterus and finally reach the oviduct or oviducal funnel where fertilization occurs with the female egg or ova. Egg is released every month through the ovary on its 14th day . This process is known as ovulation. The egg travels the oviducal full and it is the oviduct where fertilization occurs. Remember only a single sperms fuses the egg. The sperm which enters the egg first , fuses first. If fertilization occurs the uterus gets prepared for conceiving the zygote ( product of fusion of sperms and ovum) else blood lingerie in the uterus gets thickened with increased supply of blood and discharges out blood on the 28th day ( the process called menstruation )
