The blue colour of solution gets converted in to green colour that shows the presence of ferrous sulphate.
The brown deposition of copper is formed in the iron nail.
Since, Iron is more reactive than copper it displaces the copper from its salt solution and ferrous sulphate is formed and copper get deposited in the iron nail.
This is a type of displacement reaction in which a high reactive metal displaces the less reactive metal from its salt solution.
