Explanation: It is the condensation of moisture in your exhaled breath. Since the body temperature is 98.4 F, when the outside temperature is very low, say about 10 - 12 Deg C ( 50 -58 F), the moisture content in our breath gets condensed. This condensation could be seen visibly and the air you blow out looks foggy.

You may just breath out on an air-conditioned car's window or a looking glass in your house to see the moisture in your breath condensing on the surface of the glass.
