it can create huge ecological imbalance by which many life of earth can die like aquatic animal who need oxygen every second. Humans and other complex animals can survive only.Yhis will increase concentration of co2.No combustion on earth take place

the answer is nothing will happen cause this time limit is very less for something to happen..
while someone suffering from respiratory problem will be affected..
But my dear there will be great problem among industries cause for that five seconds the combustion will stop and the progressing countries like India might face problems
