Majority rule is the isolated decision control which effectively provides the political equation.  Majority rule is oftentimes contemplated to be a support of constitutional decision-making. But its consequences can be;

1. It the majority of people execute the decision than small accretions to the majority results in burden and huge disadvantages to the minority.

2. The dictatorship of majority rule can easily tyrannize the majority communities because in the country like India minorities are from different caste, creed and diverse background. Their rights can be jeopardized if majority rules follow fascism and essence of democracy can be finished.
