what happens if :- a red blood cell is kept in concentrated saline solution

When RBC is kept in saline solution, it will shrink. As the concentration of saline solution is higher than the concentration inside the cell. Thus, water will move outside the cytoplasm and the cell will shrink.

blood should coagulate...

if its a conc soln then blood will dry..or form aggregates...
