What happens if all functions of the human body is controlled only by brain?​

Well The brain is already controlling our most of functions of body including our movements. The reflex action of our body is also Indirectly under the control of brain.All the changes going in our body which is made by hormones or enzymes is also directly under its control.So you can say that brain is controlling each and everything.There may be such conditions when immediate action may be required which is actually given by spinal cord. In that case no reflexes will occur which are there to protect our body
