What happens if an element's electron is pulled by its nuclear charge?
I know it's hard but......

it is not possible bcoz according to bohr's model of atom, an atom's electrons keep moving in fixed orbitals and from thosr orbitals the electrons cannot get pulled by nuclear charge. It can only emit it (radioactive elements)
