What happens if atp is continuously not produced in the cell?

If atp is not continuously produced in the cell
some of the activities does not take place in the plants . Without energy no one living organism can do anything.
ATP is one of the produced in glycolysis and cellular respiration....
Without energy some of the process in the cell like active transport, cellular respiration, electron transport chain and other cellular process which includes ATP as per their requistie , would not work
